Louvain Coopération au Development, the NGO of the Catholic University of Louvain is active in the field of food safety, public health and micofinanciering in Africa, South America and Asia in the West African countries of Togo and Benin. LCO is responsible for the management of the mutual health insurance to bring medical care closer to the people .

Valueselling South gave in January 2013, in Sokodé (Togo) en Tanguiteta (Benin) two-week business training to the ‘mutualistes’, to give them the tools and the skills to sell those mutual insurances to the population in the villages. Result of training: 24% more people are insured.
