Peter has a distinguished career in sales, sales management, and general management in the pharma, industry and construction business. He studied Commercial Engineer & MBA, and executed several management jobs throughout Europe. He is an experienced and result driven consultant with core competencies in General Management, Business Development / Commercial Management, and Organization Development.

As General Manager of Norgine Italy (pharma), he installed an efficient sales & marketing structure.  As Director, Global Commercial, he coordinated the worldwide Sales Force Excellence program.

In 2009, he founded his own sales consultancy & training company, focusing on sales efficiency projects. He is co-writer of “Het Grote Verkoophandboek” and “Let us boost your business”, and developed several business tools like “Sales Health Radar”.

His objective always is to improve the results of his customers by focusing on sales excellence and sales effectiveness, and maximizing his role as trusted advisor with multinationals like Novartis, Sanofi, Shire Nordics, Lifescan (J&J), Cochlear Italia, La Roche Posay Nordics, UCB, Vifor Pharma, BNP Paribas Fortis, Toyota, Sipwell,..

As CEO of Provan (metal industry) and HOUBEN (construction), he focused on transforming companies into result-oriented and business driven organizations.
