Jose Maria Ruperez is a business and management development consultant with over 22 years of experience with large corporations in the high technology sector (HP, DEC, Compaq).

He also worked with Business Partners in these 3 companies. He has delivered numerous training sessions covering a wide range of subjects in personal and professional skills, sales and marketing and business development areas. He has worked as facilitator and coach for customers in financial, pharmaceutical, technology (hardware, software and telecommunications), utilities and food & beverage industries.

He developed his skills in management, sales, marketing, services and channel areas, and has been working extensively with multinational teams from western European countries. He specialises in executive and personal coaching, presentation skills, sales and sales management, marketing and business development, customer service, time management.

José started 4 years ago a partnership under Inducta brand name to deliver executive training and coaching. Inducta delivers its own training courses and coaching sessions, and also develops training contents under demand from clients. He also is a certified facilitator with training companies like Forum Europe Ltd., The Mind Gym Ltd., Huthwaite International Ltd., and Skill4 Ltd. from the UK, Value Selling from Belgium and Fusion Learning from Canada.

He speaks English fluently and is a Spanish native. He graduated in Industrial Engineering (Hons) at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has an Executive MBA (Best alumnus) from Institute for Executive Development Madrid.

Married, with a pretty 16-year-old daughter, he enjoys practising some sports and fine arts oil painting.
