Jean-Claude Touzé is the founder of Arcalis, a sales and business performance consulting practice since 2004 and has been active as a dedicated trainer and facilitator since 2003, and is fluent in French and English, with a focus on sales performance consulting and coaching.
He has developed large accounts with international firms, managed sales teams, and participated in the development of start-up companies. During this time, he has gained a significant expertise on sales management, coaching, opportunity/territory/account reviews and executive selling. in the following industries: Finance and Insurance, Media, Legal, NTIC, Advisory, Construction, Energy, Healthcare, NGO’s.
His sales successes and proven skills were acquired while working with companies such as Bayer, BNP Paribas, Digital Equipment, SAP, Sybase and Wang. In addition, he has been President of the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Rouen, participated in a work methods improvement task force, and currently coaches executives on successful public speaking.
With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and his focus on NTIC activities, he helps companies to improve their sales results, forecasts reliability, commercial strategies and strategic account management practices. He has continued to develop his expertise and experience as a facilitator & trainer, in behavioural and communication based programmes.
He has been involved in sales & service development programmes in France for companies including: Adobe, Véolia, Logix/Open Group, Microsoft, SAGEM, HP, AXA Tech, Alten, AGFA.
