Erik Leung Consultant Valueselling.
Erik Leung (梁德安) is an accomplished professional, with an extensive background in project and change management. Graduating as an Electrical Engineer in 2005, he transitioned into project management and has since attained highly regarded certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Change Agent, and Lean Change Agent. His academic prowess is amplified by his practical experience in delivering project management training since 2012 and change management training from 2020.
In addition to his project management skills, he has substantial sales experience. He honed his sales expertise in diverse roles and organizations, including Caterpillar, where he was involved in the pre-sales process, tender procedures, and negotiations. As a freelancer, he excelled in service selling, while as a project and change manager, he consistently influenced key stakeholders. These experiences have equipped him with the knowledge and skills to deliver impactful sales training that blends theory with real-world insights.
Erik also brings a deep cultural understanding that sets him apart. With Chinese roots and having been raised in a Chinese environment, he can effectively bridge the gap between Chinese and Western cultures. This understanding is further enriched by his professional experience across diverse regions, including EMEA, South America, Africa, and particularly Asia.
His linguistic capabilities are a significant advantage. Fluent in English, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Chinese, his command of Chinese is a crucial asset. On top, Erik uses a very visual language (ad hoc drawings) to engage with the participants of the trainings. This proficiency allows him to deliver the sales training in a language that resonates with the local audience, enhancing the training’s effectiveness and ensuring clear communication.
Erik gives seminars in English, Chinese, Dutch and French.
