Christian has developed his professional career through more than 30 years in the areas of Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and FMCG


Christian is at present a Client Lead & Conscious Business facilitator in Axialent, as well as Valueselling.be consultant , working with multinationals companies such as P&G, BSH, GALP,  Griffith Food, Facebook, Philips Lighting, Thefork, BBVA  amongst others,  He is also a Professor for the IE School of Human Sciences & Technology, more specifically a faculty member of the Master in Talent Development & Human Resources. 

In the past, he has held senior positions as Regional HRBP, Global Head of HR Learning, Group Employee Engagement Manager and OE, and Global Change – Cultural Manager and Retail Regional Marketing Manager.

Christian’s focus is on helping organizations drive up their performance through leadership development, negotiation, selling Skills  and behavior coaching. With a distinct passion for building strong leadership and culturally resilient teams, he is known for facilitating from the heart, being challenging whilst empathetic, sharing professional and personal experiences, which results in a strong and unique ability to inspire, influence and motivate people cross culturally.   Christian is recognized for client rapport and interpersonal skills, that lead to robust business partnering and trust-based relationships, thus helping people thrive and perform.

Christian is of Danish- Argentine nationality, having  lived and worked in Argentina, Brazil, England, The Netherlands, USA and is currently living in Barcelona. Along the years, he obtained extensive travel experience, managing trans-nationally and leading projects and facilitation throughout Europe, US, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Christian quickly adapts to diverse locations, cultures and work environments.

He  has two grown up children, Mateo 25 and Chiara 22. He is an avid runner, and in his free time, he also practices yoga, pilates
