Dr. Summer Shiah, with over 25 years in sales and marketing experience, received his DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) degree in Marketing in 2005.

His dissertation was about the CSF (Critical Successful Factors) of cross-culture implementation of eCRM systems. With his very first job to work for IBM for 10 years, he learned and practiced the IBM way in Sales, Marketing, and Management and that helps him to build up his business senses and know-how.

Dr. Shiah participated the Internet Digital Revolution era since the very beginning. Currently he teaches Master and Doctoral courses in the Business School in Silicon Valley Area of California, USA. Besides working on PMP certification, his current research is about how to implement Sun Tzi’s « The Art of War » into business operations.
