Vincent Flament is an experienced Sales Manager and Sales professional with a broad understanding of Services Sales.

He is holding a master in Mathematics Sciences from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve. In parallel, he studied Pedagogy and hold the official teaching degree for high schools. Vincent also got a post-graduate degree in Business, Marketing, HR and Sales administration from the Solvay University of Brussels.

After a technical position within the IT department of Procter & Gamble, he joined Hewlett Packard in 1996 holding various positions as Sales representative and Account Manager, mainly in the Services and IT outsourcing business taking care of both new customer acquisition and upsell of existing major accounts from various industries (manufacturing, retail, banking, public sector…).

In 2000, Vincent became Senior Account Manager at Ubizen, one of the largest security integrator in EMEA, taking care of major banking customers. In 2001, he was asked by HP to take care of selling and manage new comprehensive outsourcing contracts and sold major deals inside North Europe while managing international multi-discipline engagement teams (finance, HR, technicals…)

He was appointed in 2005 as HP/EDS regional Managed Services Sales Director, responsible for the Nordics, Benelux, Switzerland and Austria, managing up to 35 senior Sales experts across the 9 countries.

Since 2009, Vincent is active as an Entrepreneur. He co-founded the recognized Wedding Planner company (Annabelle Romain SARL) active in Marrakech, Toscany and South of France and AV Prestations SPRL in which he is acting as senior partner Sales Trainer and certified Valueselling.be consultant.

Vincent delivers international Sales Training seminars and commercial oriented consulting missions in French, Dutch and English in a large variety of industries and companies like Getronics, Barry Callebaut, Proximus, Bechtle, Tosoh, Sanofi, Reckitt Benckiser, Expanscience, Metallo Chimique, Vivaldis interim, S-Three, Enterprise partners, Captel…
