Peter has a broad management experience in sales & marketing. He executed several management jobs throughout Europe during the past 20 years. He studied Commercial Engineer (Economic sciences) at the Hasselt University and completed his education with an MBA at the Catholic University of Leuven.
He started his career with Deloitte & Touche where he audited several companies in the beginning of the '90s.
Peter joined Norgine Pharmaceuticals in 1993, and worked for this company until 2008 in several countries. As Sales Manager of the BeNeSwiss group (1995-1998), he deals with re-organisational projects in order to make the sales organisations more efficient.
In 1998, he concentrates as Marketing & Sales Manager on the Belgian organisation, where the implementation of a new CRM system was the start of a new sales & marketing approach.
As Country Manager Belgium (2000-2005), he demonstrates together with his management team a double digit growth during this period, and growth figures above the industry benchmarks. Furthermore, he becomes member of the European Core Marketing Group.
From 2005-2008, he has been appointed as General Manager Italy in order to set up an efficient sales & marketing organisation, and to grow the business in accordance with the European market potential.
In 2008, Peter became Director, Global Commercial in the UK where he coordinated the Sales Force Excellence program and advised the COO upon new commercial structures.
When he returned to Belgium, he joined Eurogenerics for one year as Business Development & Supply Chain Director.
In November 2009, Peter founded OBOX, his own management consultancy company.
